Order issues

You have fourteen calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund for the items you have purchased and the cost of standard delivery if you've paid for shipping.

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back.

We can make changes of your once you've placed your order. Please send us an email with the changes and we will do our best to change it in time before the delivery.

If the status of your order is showing as 'order processing', it means that we're busy getting your order together ready to be sent out.

During busy times, this status may show on your order for longer than normal. Your estimated delivery date is on your order confirmation email and includes the time it takes for us to package your order.

You'll receive another email when we send your order to you, which will include a tracking link if your order has been sent with one of our trackable delivery services.

If your order hasn't arrived by the delivery date in your confirmation email, get in touch with our Customer Care team so we can help you further.

If you've cancelled an order through 'My Account', then we won't have taken any money for your order. We only take the money for an order once it's been sent to our warehouse to be packed up.

Depending on which payment method you selected at checkout, the time it takes for the money to become available again can vary.

If an item is missing, please contact us with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

Delivery

If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.

Delivery time of your order is between 3 to 5 days

Your delivery takes about 3 to 5 working days – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. 

You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Track This Order’.

Returns and refunds

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your parcel to us free of charge.

Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be sent a confirmation email to let you know. 

Returns take a maximum of 14 days to reach our warehouse and be processed for a refund.

Once this has been done, you’ll receive a return confirmation email to let you know.

If you haven’t received confirmation after 14 days, please contact us with your proof of return and a list of the items returned.
