When do these General Terms and Conditions apply?
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and agreements relating to the sale and delivery of products by Wallaboo. When you order anything at our website ‘http://www.Wallaboo.com’ and/or any web page directly connected to it or accept an offer from Wallaboo, this means that you accept the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions. It is only possible to deviate from these General Terms and Conditions if agreed in writing by Wallaboo.
Our offer and prices
The offers on the website are without obligation and do not bind Wallaboo. Wallaboo is likewise not bound by manifest clerical errors and mistakes in promotional descriptions and other statements in the offer and on the website. Minor color and other variations in products are possible as a result of different image acquisition and display technologies. Wallaboo is not liable to you for these variations and deviations.
The stated prices include VAT. Wallaboo reserves the right to make price and product changes.
Wallaboo charges shipping costs. The shipping costs are further detailed under the heading ‘Shipping Costs’ on this site.
How is a contract concluded with you?
Orders you place via the website for the products offered by Wallaboo through the website are only an offer to conclude a sales contract. The sales contract is only concluded upon the confirmation by Wallaboo of the order by e-mail to the Customer. Until this happens, you can still cancel the agreement.
You warrant that the information you provide to Wallaboo in the request or order is accurate and complete. Wallaboo is never obliged to accept an offer. Wallaboo is entitled at all times to verify an order in advance or to refuse an order without providing reasons. If Wallaboo does not confirm your order within ten working days, it is deemed to have been refused.
Wallaboo will deliver to the address indicated by you. Wallaboo has the right to supply, to the extent reasonably possible, to carry out partial deliveries that you ordered products as soon as possible. That partial deliveries for no additional charge. Delivery times are indicative and are therefore not regarded as mandatory. The mere delay in delivery does not entitle you to compensation. Wallaboo must first be held in default.
Options in case of delivery problems
If Wallaboo discovers prior to entering into the agreement that it can no longer deliver the ordered products, it may offer you an equivalent product in terms of quality, price and function. You are not obliged to accept the replacement product. You may return it, if you so wish, within 14 days at Wallaboo’ expense (your right of revocation or return obviously remains unaffected).
If Wallaboo discovers after entering into the agreement that it can no longer deliver the ordered products and is not responsible for this situation, it will be entitled to terminate the agreement. Wallaboo will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made.
Methods of payment
All purchases and orders on Wallaboo.com may be paid in principle through payment methods specified on the website. Wallaboo conducts an individual credit check for each purchase. Depending on the results of this check, Wallaboo reserves the right to refuse certain methods of payment.
The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control, although once we do receive your return we will process it as quickly as possible. We therefore need to allow at least 14 days to receive and process your return. Although Wallaboo will refund the money within 2 days after processing your return, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund and for it to reach your account. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll refund the value of the product(s) total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
